catalytic converters

Does anyone know who makes the smallest cat converters? Im have long tubes but live in an emissions area. I wanted to either put cats in the y pipe or get a quiet muffler. I need to cut some sound down so I dont run into problems with our police. It is pretty loud right now and if I quet it down some I wont be asking for unwanted attention. I have a magnaflow muffler on my 94 383 lt1. I really need to quiet this down. Any info would be appreciated.

Re: catalytic converters

I used the Pypes 3" mini-cats. They are one of the smallest cats on the market and just managed to fit into my off-road y-pipe.
