Yeah, the lope's pretty noticeable. This is mine through headers, cats, and muffler.

The most I've seen this cam do (in a 350) was 406rwhp / 375rwtq. (true duals, elec. wp)

And 11.95 sec with skinnies and slicks.

But you got LT4 heads, which they didn't have.

I haven't had any time to work on my car lately, but I'll have it at the dyno and the track this winter.
Wish I had speakers at work, I'll have to wait till I get home to listen to that.

What kinda 60's was your buddy pulling when he hit those 11.95s and what was his setup?

Hows the powerband look on it?

How is it on the highway and in stop/go traffic?

How bad is your gas mileage?

theres been several people pulling better than 11.95 on a way smaller cam than the 230/236. If your pulling 1.5 60's I could see mid 11's with good heads and that cam.

After research and talking to cmotorsports, I am going with the 230/236/Lloyd Elliot heads and hoping for 117mph in the 1/4

I love my 230/236. Like these guys say it pulls really hard in mid and hi range. It was a tad sluggish down low with stock gear but now that i have gears it is an animal all through the power band. I think it will give you the streetablity you want too.

Well said, very streetable, very torquey specialy with stock heads and the cam keeps it's TQ curve flat and fat! From 3500 rpm to about 4900 rpm i'm doing 343 to 344 rw tq. Power everywhere indeed!
