changing motor mounts, big job??
just wondering if i have to drop the tranny or disconnect my exhaust to do this??? I'm hoping i can lift the motor with a jack and get away with it.............

the hardest part of the job for me, was drilling out the rivets off of the old motormounts.
Otherwise, it was pretty straightfoward. Just make sure you do one side at a time - replace one side completely before you start on the other.
YOu just have to jack the motor up, pull off the "clamshell" housing. THen drill it open, replace it with the new mounts, then bolt the clamshell back in the way it was. After its all bolted up, adjust the motor height for the other side (so there's enough slack to pull the long bolt out all the way), and repeat.
Its a lot easier than it sounds. Its just time consuming

sounds good, anyone know of any part #'s for a solid mount?? Prob gonna buy a pair, but just install one solid mount on the passanger side of the engine, leave the driver side stock. I'm doing this because my engine bangin the hell out of my pass collector. Thanks
