Chugging driving me nuts

Chugging driving me nuts
I have gotten my idle to where it is fairly smooth, however, I still am having this freaking chugging. At a stop light, i take my foot off the brake, and the car chugs in motion, no chugging sound, per say, just the chugging feeling. Other than that the car runs great, no problems. Could this be some sort of driveline issue? I just had the tranny re-built. I had this problem before the re-build and it's still there. I would appreciate any suggestions.
