Clogged Cat?

Re: Clogged Cat?
When was the last time you changed out the fuel filter? A clogged convertor can cause that as well, but before you start spending money on one have it check out. Exhaust shop's will check it for free with a heat range tool.

About a week. THat was the first thing I check. It was about two years old so i didn't mind throwing the money into a new filter. Ill take it to an exhaust shop tomorrow.

Re: Clogged Cat?
try driving it up a hill
if it really can't even get up the hill (doesnt feel like it wants too) it probably is a clogged cat
my coworkers van started going 30mph up a hill and finally got up it going about 10mph (this is with him flooring it)
that is an extreme case i would think but...a case nonetheless
