when I take very slow turns (like entering/exiting a driveway) I can hear a sound that sounds exactly like wheel hop coming from my front wheels. I first thought it was the ball joint, after doing a search. I just checked my power steering fluid, and I'm an idiot....it looks extremely low....might even be empty for all I know. The sound seems to only happen after the car has been running for a while, so I'm really really hoping this is a sign that the power steering fluid has been causing this. What brand of hydraulic power steering fluid should I use? I don't feel like going all the way to the dealership to get more. Do you guys think I should still get my car checked out, even if the sound goes away? I am really short on $$ cause I just ordered my SS spoiler...

Any power steering fluid will do. If the noise goes away then forget about it. Consider problem solved.

You probably put unnecessay wear on it. But hell if the sound went away, then it must be fixed, right...
