Code 51 E-prom error
WTF does that mean? Did my prom chip go bad? When I had my car tuned do they burn it to the prom chip.. I have an early 94....

When they do a tune, yes they reporgram the prom chip. Do you know if the battery went dead in the middle of tuneing or anything? Iv heard that will make a pcm junk.

Car has be doing well, more surge that usual but that because I still have the MAF on the bottom.... I have another ECM but I have to make it has the correct tune..

I'd clear the code and see if it comes back. There is no telling when it occurred (unless you know something you are not saying).
