Complete Car issue run-down - VERY LONG - At a total loss now!

Some previous posts have mentioned heated Oxigen sensors, because they (sensors)don't get hot enough for the sensor to work right with After market headers,as they run cooler than stock manifolds,so I guess the Oxigen sensors dictate to the computer how to run(lean or rich),and they may have some kinda issues there abouts.Hope this helps.(please post when this does solved).

IT's not the O2's, and datamaster shows all my other sensors fine. I've gone so far as to swapping known good sensors/parts from my other T/A to the troubled car with no luck.
I was getting rich indications all right. Left and Right LTerms of 108, Sterms of the 40's or less for each side, Injector BPW would take a rise when the problem would start, ect.
It's out of my hands at this point anyway, at the shop getting worked on.

did you rule out the possibility of a faulty throttle body?
i was just wondering about this. If the problem stems from a screwed up idle/IAC (leak somewhere) then going screwy to compensate and then causing all the near-random readings/problems that you have documented.....i dunno though, i just thought i would mention that. I do realise this is "out of your hands" now that its at FBC. Keep us posted on what they say!

I actually swapped the TB from my other 93 and had no luck. I swapped it over with all the fittings I.E. IAC, TPS attached. I'm going to call FBC today and make sure that they're going to flow test the injectors.

Good luck too!
I cant really think of your problem anymore i will go cross-eyed and get all light headed again.
Another question though - Did anything at all change in the readings when you did the swap quoted above?

I'm just hoping that I can lend some help to someone else sometime by learning everything I can from this problem.
