Compression Ratio ?

I'm finishing up some porting & polishing on my heads, I'm having new valves put in and I want to have the heads milled .010 and will use a .026 gasket. It's the original bottom end, does anyone know what my compression ratio will be and what if any hp I could expect to gain from just the compression ratio increase?

Thanks

I had to have .020 cut off my heads and got an impala head gasket (.029) and it put me at 11.8:1 static and 9.2:1 dynamic. At least thats what i got using a CPR calculator.

Thanks for the feedback. I'd still like to know exactly what my CR would be, I would guess it's going to be around 11:1 but not sure.

This is something i would like to know also, anyone have any problems running the impala head gaskets. How much would doing that alone be worth and is there any pushrod length problems.

I belive Lloyd said, with my heads milled .010 it would make the slight combustion chamber work a wash as far as losing any compression. And when using the Impy gaskets over the stock ones my compression would go from 10.4 to about 10.8. Don't quote me on this, it was a few years back. As far as HP increase, I really can't say. But if I were to quess, I don't think it would be much over 5hp. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will help out here. By the way, I did need 7.150 pushrods with my set-up.
