Confused about LT4 knock module...

Question Confused about LT4 knock module...

I have been searching and some people say it will work in my car and some people say it wont work..

Will it work? I got headers and plan on getting 1.6 roller rockers..

It might work. Really depends if you were getting false knock before then tehre is the possibility you will get less false knock if not no false knock after.

The knock module is a filter that "ignores" mechanical noises and allows signals that "sound" like knock to be delivered to the PCM. The LT4 made different mechanical noises that the LT1, as it came from the factory with GM RR's. It's likely that the LT4 KM will help ignore your RR's; it's a maybe if you header mechanical noise is filtered out by the module (the LT4 didn't come with headers from the factory).
