Coolant in the oil pan?
I was spraying the waterpump and timing cover gaskets yesterday with some gasket remover and since you have to let it do its work for a few minutes, I decided to unbolt the cradle bolts in the mean time so I can slide in the driver side header.
The engine changed its angle and some coolant started coming out of the waterpump holes and even though I tried to catch it all, some of it made its way all the way to the bottom of the engine.
My oil pan was hanging on a few bolts and I'm thinking some of the coolant might've gotten inside. It wasn't a whole lot, maybe an ounce or so at the most.
What do you think I should do? The engine didn't have any oil in it. Should I run a few quarts of oil through the engine before I start it?
Thanks.

If it was only maybe an ounce I dont think I would worry about it. Since you have your engine apart, upon first start up your just going to run it for an easy 10min. before changing the oil anyhow. Maybe someone else with more experience can chime in since im no expert by any means, but I wouldn't think an ounce of coolant mixed with 5qts. of oil would be much to worry about.
