No big surprises... I agree with Rich.
Just bore the minimum you need to get a straight round bore. The more meat you leave on those thrust sides, the better.
Just call them up on the pistons. I know they make the -31.... heck they'll make anything you want, but I don't have an actual PN for you on that one. SRP/JE will get you squared away though.

Here is what i ended up with.
Cylinder head Volume (CC) = 54.40
Piston Top Volume (CC) = 26.00 (JE -26cc dish)
Cylinder Bore (Inches) = 4.031
Cylinder Stroke (Inches) = 3.48
Deck Height (Inches) = 0.009
Head Gasket Thickness (Inches) = 0.039 (Felpro 1074)
Computed Compression Ratio is 9.1 to 1
After machining (which took 3 months ) i end up with a closer deck height than i though, which brought the compression up, but helps quench.
