Crankshaft reluctor ring

How do I remove the reluctor ring? It appears it is keyed?

Thanks

all you do is pull it off brother. Nothings holding it on. The key is there but the hub is usually what holds it on there.

Is that the ring in front of the crank gear that the crankshaft position sensor reads? Or am I thinking of something else?

Just out of curiosity, does that need to be reinstalled if you do an OBD1 conversion and eliminate the CPS?

doesn't need to be reinstalled without a crank sensor, but if you don't put it back on you need a 93/94 style hub. it is a little longer than the 96/97 one because of that reluctor ring

You can also use a spacer to compensate for the absence of the reluctor ring.

a double roller timing chain also gives it that "right amount of thickness" too
