High HP TA

I bought a stage III kevlar clutch from the HorsepowerStore in Plano exactly a year ago. Now the clutch is going out and Spec says they never should of sold me a kevlar with a stage III in it. Well the spec guy said for $79 he would ship a new carbon clutch to me and would be at my door 3 days later. Three days later I called them and they said it just got shipped out. So the day I am supposed to recieve it, it gets shipped. Then they said it would be there for sure 3 days later. Nope, looks like it is taking 8 days to recieve it. Then the funny part is they had the ***** to charge me $89 on my credit card. I personally would not deal with spec or there products. Sorry for the long story.

I had issues with the Kevlar stage 2 over a year ago....bought a Street Twin.

anytime someone mentions SPEC..I voice my opinions.

Well I wish I wouldn't have bought a spec....but I don't have the money right now for anything else....their customer service was real good for me a while back....Had a clutch come apart and they sent a new one for nothing....Sorry to hear about your trouble

well thanks for caring guys, but coming monday I am going to call them and bitch them out for charging me more than they said. Can they legally do that without my permission?
