Dead Clutch can you ID these ?

Couple of months ago I lost all Clutch pressure to the pedal. I covered the car up for winter and today took a peek. I was hopeing for a messed up slave cylinder but when I pulled off the actuator this is what I found. I'am guessing a bearing failure and
clutch disc blowout.

Its a bit blurry. Anyone care to ID these?

Couple of needle bearings and I am guessing a few DISC parts.
I had installed a New flywheel last year with everything else but my guess its going to be F'd too.
I heard about the Bearing/bushing thing after I put it all together last year and expect thats the root cause but then again I have the OLD STYLE Spec Carbon too. (at Least that under warrenty). I expect they will replace it with the NEW STYLE.
Anyone heard any issues with the newer disc's? I have not..
On the plus side.. I've done this before by myself so It wont take as long this time, plus I have a few other things to install as well.

I had to really hunt for a shop with the brass bushing still in stock. Most around here seem to stock a needle bearing as the replacement for all years of camaro and vette.

I'm using the Spec StageIII Carbon with 6 pucks ind it is totally kickass. Here's a pic of the StageII Kevlar and new StageIII Carbon.

I'll be in touch with SPEC once I get the old clutch out and go with the 6 puck design as a replacement. Brass bushing also, and hope my input shaft isn't screwed.

Looks like your throw out bearing came apart. Kind of tough to tell from the pictures though.

I would just replace that if you have already changed everything else.
