Difference betw. Tune up vs Dyno Tune
The reason why im asking this is because when i install my LTs, should i get the car TUNED UP like the plugs, filters, etc. first before i get my car dyno tuned for my headers? Will i see any power difference from the Tune up

Whats the difference between milk and milk chocolate?
If you need a tune up, get it. .
You shouldn't need a dyno tune just for headers if you've already had the car dyno tuned (looking in sig). You probably won't see enough gains to justify the cost of a dyno tune (expensive for lt1's most places), but that's your decision.

Complete your basic maintenance and "tune up" by replacing fluids/filters and checking wires, bulbs, tires, brakes and hoses.
Here's a general list : http://www.theautochannel.com/news/2...30/160370.html
With bolt-on modifications, you can get away with a mail-order tune.
If you already have a dyno tune (see it in your sig), you can usually have it updated pretty cheap without a dyno session.
Dyno time isn't cheap, but you could retune on the dyno if you really want to.
