DO it right the first time!
I changed my spark plugs, and wires, about 2 weeks ago because of a low rpm stuble. It was fix but now its back. Upon first inspection (2 weeks ago) of the #7 plug wire, there was something that was put over the wire which melted the wire to the heat shield. When I put the plug wire back on with the metal bracket/heat shield I didnt put any additional heat shield around the wire. Which it ran great until last night. Should I have put an additional heat shield around it or should the metal brack/heat shield be enough? Can I just get the #7 wire? What did you guys do? Additional heat shield or not?
I have the Taylor Spiro Core wires. I scraped all the melted crap off before installing the new wires.
THanks
