Do these readings look like a new engine to you?

Do these readings look like a new engine to you?
Well, a new"er" engine than the 190k LT1 I just bought. I found the emissions inspection for the car at 189307 miles and it has 189899 miles now. This was a New York emissions test which show:
HC= 0.02 CO = 0.3 NOx = 0.23
I am not no emmisions expert, but, all the readings were much lower than needed and passed with flying colors. Could these readings really be from an original 190k engine? Do the LT1's have the VIN stamped in the engine like the old days and if so, where would I find it?

Hmm, and no noises coming out of it, warm.... Maybe I should sink a little money into her then? You know, timing chain, maybe a water pump (if it IS original) and the likes...

TC never hurts but if you go in there it's hard not to put a cam in it! That opens ups the can of worms that by now it should just have a new 355 in it if you are going to mod it.
Seals would probably be the first thing to go.
