Does anyone know the size of the EGR studs?

I stripped the nut to my EGR, but I noticed the studs look like they might be able to be taken off with a reverse torex bit (I believe that's what it's called.). If so, does anyone know the size.

The studs are 5/16-18 but I don't know the size of the torx. I guess you damaged the stud too, when you stripped the nut?

Thank you very much. I hope I didn't damage the threads. It's the orginal EGR w/170K, wondering how it will run with a new one or blocked off.
