I weighed my BMR tubular subframe connectors at 17 pounds for the pair.

Thanks! I'm guessing the boxed wouldn't be too much more than that. That gives me a good idea.

If you are considering SFCs then you're doing them for one of two reasons:

1) You have so much torque that your car twists at WOT. (My case)

2) You're looking for better handling.

IMO, the price difference between tubular and double diamond isn't really that much. The fact that double diamond SFCs do a better job of #1 and #2 should be the only factor you should consider.

If you're going to do SFCs, take the double diamonds.

That being said, Sybersport has the best deal on them. info@sybersport.com

Tell Darren Grip sent you. I think they're something like $180 including shipping.

I have the SLP DD connectors since about 15,000 miles(100,000now) and I am very happy with them.

I have had the car up on 4 jack stands a couple of times and I can tell you I really only needed 2

The car is so stiff the the other 2 stands were only sitting under the car not touching anything

The only thing I regret is not buying the powdercoated bolt ons and grinding the paint off to weld them.

Get the boxed style BMR's, they are strong enough, and will match all your other suspension parts!

Or 3) I don't have enough torque to twist my camaro but the potholes in new orleans are deep enough to twist my camaro and turn it into a rattlebox(esp. since I have T-tops).
