Did you electrically check the wire from the ecm to the knock sensor for continuity? Also check the wire for a ground when it is unplugged from both ends.
Did you check the pin at the back of the ecm for voltage.
That is all that is left that you can do.

I did check the continuity one the wire, it's good, I checked also voltage at the ecm and there's nothing, well 0.14volt.
Do you think this looks like a faulty ECM ??
I'm thinking about getting a new wiring harness for it since the engine runs and I would find it really weird if only does 2 circuit are damage on the ecm.
