Dying water pump do it myself or pay for it.gm pump or other brand..??

Ok did some searching and found out need m18 oil pan bolts plugs and 5/8 inch vacuum cap and easiest way to take off air steel tube is likely hacksaw or just twist it till it metal fatigues.
Guess won't worry about keeping it all mint just find or buy some later on if need be.So would most autoparts stores have these m18 oil drain plugs or do I need to go somewhere special?

get a csi electric waterpump their is an awesome right up on installation here just do a look up. plus pick up 10rwhp

Might get a electric later but not right now.
Still have a few questions..how does anyone get the old gasket crap off the block.Its so hard to get at the passenger side with the alt and all that stuff in the way.
Is there something you can buy that will dissolve this stuff away.
Brake cleaner don't seem to do much to it.

Does anyone know the size of the air nuts in the exhaust manifolds can get to them with deep socket now that broke off the tubes and valves in the way.
