Dyno blip- ignition? opti?

that is my Dyno graph and I have been trying to figure out what that blip is. You can feel it in 3rd and 4th at the track, and I knwo there is a few mph in getting this fixed. I am thinking opti since the A/F ratio stays the same... what do you guys think? Any advice?

I had the same thing happen to me when I was @ the dyno at Speed Inc. said it was more than likely the opti. I told them the MSD opti barely had 300 miles on it, said didn't matter check it out.Took car home , checked opti and sure enough, rotor was ready to fall off. Installed new opti and seems to pull fine now, haven't had a chance to go back yet to finish off my tune .
