Looks like the car is missing pretty bad. I would check your plugs and wires first. Also when was the last time you changed your fuel filter? I also noticed in your sig that it didn't mention a LT4 KM. If you don't have one of those you are more and likely gonna be seeing a lot of false knock with those LT's and Loudmouth. So if you don't have one then you definatly need to get one. Other then that it could also be your opti. But i would try the other options first.

Plugs, wires, coil, Ing module, fuel filter, injectors cleaned. 4051 miles ago..
It felt and sound like it was tagging the rev limiter...

The opti can make your car act many different ways when its going out. The graph looks like it is breaking up a bit the whole way but it drops real bad in the higher rpms. But do you have a LT4 knock module or not?

Him not having an LT4 KM won't cause his car to miss that much. It's gotta be the Opti spark man. An LT4 will help, but that won't fix your problem.

It can if he is seeing a lot of knock. It would pull a lot of timing. Also if was his opti and it was missing that bad it would throw a code. This doesn't mean it can't be his opti because it still can be but i would try the lt4 km first.

The opti can act like that.....Did you get a print out of Air/Fuel? Might want to see what's happening there also....I had a fuel pump that was on the way out and was doing something like this also......

I didn't get the air fuel print out, but alas all was well there. I am giving serious thought to the LS1 coil in spark setup with the use of MSD crank trigger.
