Well I do have 30lb. injectors too. Other than that yes. I went ahead and did the injectors since the heads will be done in the spring time.

Re: Dyno Results from CMS package...

Those are very good #'s for relatively small injectors and no heads. Are you going to upsize the tb as well?

This is the LT1 Tech section. There really is no need for you to post a reply like you did. Gabez28 didn't mention anything negative about the LS1 (didn't even bring it up) so why you replied with what you did I have no idea? Momma always said... if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.

Ok... lets drop this now and get back on track so I don't have to close this one. Thanks!

Nice numbers! I need to see what mine will put down. A dyno tune would be nice to.

Is the idle very rough with this cam? How streetable is it?

Those numbers look good to me. I am sure they will go up when you get your heads done

The idle is nice and lopey, it sounds awesome . Its very streetable with a good tune. I have very little cam surge and you will learn to avoid it so its not even an issue. Other than that it drives like stock. If I had to do it over again I wouldn't go any other way

the tune has the idle @ about 950. It sounds sweet but remember I have no cats or muffler It's very streetable I have no problem driving it everyday If I needed to but I have another car for that.

Re: Dyno Results from CMS package...

Gabe man congrats on the numbers. Glad I could be there. Too bad I had to run it on the dyno for ya!!! Just messing w/ ya man!!!

Amazing how much our cars sound alike... probably be really close when I get that cutout on!!!

Now we just gotta get you to the track so we can get that thing in the 12s!!!

I am running that same cam in my SBC 355 w/ TFS heads... Mine idles at 800 w/ the tune dead on though...

Re: Dyno Results from CMS package...

Wow, you LT1 guys need to lighten up a bit. I have a question though... with a clutch, shifter, and factory 3.42 gearing, where in my sig does it say I'm an auto? LOL no wonder you guys are still driving LT1's, not the brightest.

You can all certainly dish it, let's see if you can take it-- all in good fun of course.

Quote Motor Trend. 1997 LT1 z28 6 speed, 0-60mph 5.8 seconds. 1998 LS1 z28 6-speed, 0-60mph 5.2 seconds. Yup, you've certainly got us beat on the low end. Damn why did I sell my '95 z28! I had all that incredible power and didn't even know it.

I wasn't trying to start a flame war, or "toot anyone's horn," but it looks like certain individuals are itching for one.

Well if you were reading the thread correctly, it was about his car. And YOU stated that you can make those numbers with a lid ect. Then he said not through an auto (referring to the original thread starter's car..Its an auto..) in a ls1. Then you go off saying
"go thing it's an m6", again going along with this statement we are talking about the thread starters car since there has been no subject change and somehow you think we are talking about your car...? That’s the reason for my post stating that his car is an auto NOT a m6.

Wow, Did you learn that when you went from an LT1 to an LS1!! I envy you!

Apparently we're not bright but at least we can follow a post(s).

Now can we get back to the orginal owners topic? This argument is pointless..
I can make 1.5times your numbers with a stock viper!!! but yet who cares?! its obviously not the point of the thread.
