TA Dreaming

ok its gotten easier to pull since i first got it. which was six months ago. before it was very tight, now its not so tight and it requires a lot in order to hold the car on a hill. its almost vertical were as before half way up was plenty. well i did brakes all the way around last week and now its even worse than before the brake change. so whats going on? how to i adjust the parking brake if its adjustable.

funny thing is the first part of the way its tight like it used to be, then it just gets noticably easier to pull the rest of the way.
