EGR or o2 sensors?

EGR or o2 sensors?
i have a bad hesitation in my car. when the car is started you cant feel it at idle but if i get on the gas at all it hesitates until the car comes to almost at full temp and then it just goes away like instantainiously. it hesitates and then it just feels like it has a surge of power and it is gone.
i did a search and i couldnt come out with a definitive answer but have narrowed it down to these 2 things but wuold like to know for sure
i have already changed the fuel pump, plugs and wires, and the TPS, the opti was also replaced but i dont think it would be that anyways with the way the heitation just goes away

If I understand correctly, your engine starts fine when it is cold, idles fine, but has a hesitation and stumble when the temperature is below normal operating temperature. When the engine hits normal operating temp, the hesitation goes away.
I would say to look at the coolant temperature sensor that feeds the PCM... the one mounted in the water pump. If that isn't giving the correct temperature, it will cause the kind of problems you are seeing. The PCM looks at the coolant temp to determine how much to enrich (choke) the mixture when the operating temperature is below normal.
Next possibility would be the switch from open loop cold start to closed loop at normal operating temps, but I'd look at coolant temp sensor first.
