Electric water pump, How to block hole in timing cover?

What is the best way to block that top hole in the timing cover. I can not find a freeze plug that will fit properly. Wanted to hear what you guys have done. Also if you guys have used freeze plugs part numbers or sizes would be awesome.

the freeze plug I used was just a bit smaller than the hole, but the JB weld held it in place just fine. sorry, I don't have any info on the plug I used.

Few things on Gods green earth are as sweet as backyard ingineering of this caliber. I will remember that when the pump goes in later this month.

This has to be the best way to plug it I have ever heard of by a very large margin! I find that ANY time you can recycle beer can/bottles/caps and incorporate them into your race car it's good for at least 10 HP!
