My driver side power window got very slow. Now it barelly moves.When I press the button and the window doesn't move, there is a buzzing sound under the dash, where all the cables are located. It is a loud enough buzz (electrical vibration) that happens only when my driver side window fails to move when I press and/or release the button. Passenger side works with no buzzing. Is it a bad window motor or something else
