Sense I have a 95 LT1 in a 88 s10 blazer with shorties and minus egr and all would I pass emissions if I had to? I am currently looking at moving and may have to emission test there. I am unsure how they would test me. Do they test on the year model of the vehicle or the motor and my guess would be even with headers (minus smog equitment) I am still as efficient as the old 2.8L v6 that use to be in there. Any thoughts?
