Engine rebuild pics 56k beware

Almsot all finished, had the pcm done today, it idles really rough in open loop 600rpms, idles at 1k~+ in closed loop, it seems to be running a little rich at idle, but I figure the mail tuner did that due to high compression and being on the safe side, I think they're are going to ajust that. It will die if it idles to long from the fuel but its easily tolerable. Car sounds good, got it up to 78~lbs of oil pressure. Shook stuff off the stand. My car threw an SES light after running for about five minutes, after checking for burnt wires etc from the header. Im thinking it might be because there is just headers on it, and no exhaust. Your opinions?
Tuner ajusted everything and emailed me it, going to test it all out in the morning. Gotta love awesom customer service.

Congrats on your build...been reading through it.
One q for ya. Who did you go through for the tune and can you explain the "emailed it to me" thing?? How do you upload it then?? Through a laptop??
Thanks,
Ivan

Then you simply charge up the PDA plug the cables into it, then plug the cable into your diagnostics port, tap the screen as it tells you to, follow the on screen instructions, turn your key on, and wait.
Its really quite simple and I love it. If your tune is not quite right at first, he can email you a slightly alterd tune and you can save it to a SD(SanDisk) card and plug the card into the PDA and do everything over again. He offerd to send me a SD card to barrow, if I did not have one.
Once you are done, you send it back to them, its prepaid, and it all comes in a rather sturdy carrying case.
I'd say total time redoing the pcm is roughly 15 minutes give or take. Not includeing charging of the PDA.
Its quick and easy, this is my second time doing business and they are very good.

Exhaust was put on today, this seems to be the last part of the build. So this will more then likely conclude this thread. But not without some pics, I will try to get better one's later. No H or X pipe in this set up. Id say we have about 3 inches of clearence.
I will edit this post with sound clip tomarrow.

Sorry about the sound, its hard to get a camera to do good on an exhaust when so much air is blowing in the mic. THe lower your volume the better you can hear it. Sorry about the bright reverse light also, I put it in R so people could hear what it would sound like at a stop light etc. I think I took it up to 6500~ rpms. Appears to be rich at WOT. Also the camera is vibrateing a little bit.
EDIT: For anyone who does not wish to read the entire thread for whatever reason (searched for exhaust etc etc.) It is 3 inch pipe true duals, with two 3inch maganflows center holes. Dumped at the axle.

Yeah I like the way it sounds alot, at idle it sounds exactly like the magnaflow commercials, (with the added cam lope) and a little louder. Driving down the road it sounds nice from inside the car, no idea what it sounds like from the outside.
#118
It sounds pretty quiet on the inside, but the clips were also done inside a building correct?

Yup in a 3 1/2 car garage (to give you a size idea). I should put some gas in it and back it out into the driveway and make a new video. Ill do that later, freezing outside and the wind is blowing. Notice its still on E, thats its natural home.

I was gonna ask if you were running an electric motor or something, lol.
