Look at the plugs when ya got them out and check the resistor in each plug with an ohm meter.

Well I'm gonna change the plugs again for the hell of it, and if this doesn't fix it I guess I'll have another pcm sent out from pcmforless.com

Re: EVERYTHING in the ignition has been replaced still missing
I am having a similar problem but without the serious side effects. I have yet to replace the plugs and wires though. I had an EGR problem right after my JBA headers were put on and I have had this vibration and shake ever since the headers were put on. Anyways the only mods I have on my 97 TA are shorty headers, cat back with 3" intermediate and SLP cold air intake. I've also had the PCM Tuned and the guys their never mentioned a problem when I had them check it out. I'd be interested to see what the problem is in your car as it may help me find out the problem with mine. It sucks to spend a ton of money on parts only to find out the old ones were working fine.

I just read your post. If you want to try it, I have a stock '97 M6 PCM, OBDII, that you can plug in to see if anything changes. I'm in Plantation, PM me about it, if you like.

Well I changed the plugs again, and that got rid of the major miss. All but 2 were seriously fouled out. The miss I changed them in the 1st time is at part throttle, and it just nosedives on its face. And it surges during acceleration. One thing I noticed is sometimes for a minute or 2 the 02's stop cycling, so I'm thinking mabey my 02's are bad. Or is there another reason they would stop cycling? None of the wires are burnt anywhere that I can see.

Or maybe you have a crappy tune? Ask the guys at PCM for less about it since they did your mail order for you.
My O2' started doing that and it ended up being the wire going to the pigtail. It was loose in the connecter. Pushed it in tight, and its been fine ever since. So check all the wiring for the 02's out. Actually, you have long tubes, yank em and switch them out with new ones. If the plugs are fouled out, they could be fouled out too so i would be looking at the oxygen sensors.
I read a thing at work that something like 80% of the cars that failed emissions in 2004 were due to faulty O2 sensors ...
