exaust dump

i just bought an exaust cutout from jegs for my 96 z28. How many horses will this give me? How much should it cost to have it put on for me. If theres anybody in the wichita area that will do it for me please post. Also, i have a tick in the engine. i think it is a loose rocker or a sticking lifter. if anybody has the same problem please help me figure out how to fix it.

Cost me 20.00 to have my cutout put on. While you are having your cutout installed have the exhaust tech listen to your car and make sure it isn't an exhaust tick .

I picked up 7RWH NA on the dyno with the cutout open vs. going through the exhaust.
