Exhaust bolts still rusted....need help

Ok, I broke off another exhaust bolt today while trying to get my y-pipe off. I have recently put pbblaster on all of the bolts and nuts but it didnt seem to do much.

What are some other possibilities, because i really cant break of too many more bolts....Especially the bolts that attach the y-pipe to the passenger side exhaust manifold.

I will be pulling out my drivers side exhaust manifold to get the bolts drilled out and gasket replaced but how could i gaurantee not breaking any other bolts?

Thanks

you can keep soaking the bolts in pb blaster or worst case you can use a blowtorch and heat them up and hopefully then they will come out. you might just bet better off ying some new stainless bolts when you go to put everything back together. hope it helps you out

I had same problem when I had to remove my heads, after I broke the 1st bolt, i scraped money together to get MAC headers. No way didI wanna put those rusted heavy restrictive exhaust manifolds back on. I grabbed a Saw'sall and cut that exhauts off and was happy.
