Exhaust ?'s, simple
Will pacesetter long tubes fit on a stock y-pipe? Also how big is a stock y-pipe on my 95 z28? Also how easy is it to remove the cat and replace it with a straight pipe and then put the cat back on for inspection? Also how hard is it to install duel cutouts after the longtubes on a stock y-pipe?
i kno its alot of ?'s but i really need some good quality anwsers... thx agian guys this forum is the best!

no you cannot use your stock ypipe. the LTs and ypipe changes the location of your whole system. it will run right next to and parallel with your driveshaft. the cat will be too big to fit next to the DS. most people put dual high flow mini cats on the ypipe

You're going to spend a ton of money to try to make the stock Y pipe work. Better to just bite the bullet and buy the right pipe with the cats. Installing cutouts isn't too hard, just a little cutting, welding, and wiring.
