Exhuast Manifold Bolts that met Ypipe

anyone know what size these are?
Im going to be replacing my stock Y pipe with a borla Y pipe and i think i am going to break couple of these bolts, so i know i need to pick up new ones.
Any reccomendations when i am unbolting the old ones so i dont break them in the manifold??

I dont know the size, sorry. If they come loose without breaking, keep working it loosen-tighten.Also use a lot of penetrating oil.

Once you get one out, just take it down to Lowe's and match it up.

They are actually studs. They are m10x1.5x65mm total length, but there is a section in the middle that is not threaded so that it will tighten into the manifold flange. Best bet is go to the dealer and order them.

Headers probably 3/8-16X 1"
Y-Pipe to header gaskets probably 3/8-16X 1 1/2 "

Re: Exhuast Manifold Bolts that met Ypipe

My bad: thought you were adding headers. I guess they ARE studs. As was mentioned, just get'm at the dealer or NAPA, etal.

Re: Exhuast Manifold Bolts that met Ypipe

If the stud is broken the manifold will need to come off. In that case, take it to a machine shop and they'll fix you up.
