Fans Still Wont Turn On!!! where you at shbox?

Checked:

fuses-good
thermo-good
changed raditor hoses-good
checked relays-good
flushed, refilled, and bled radiator twice- good
new engine coolant sensor (pcm-on water pump)- good
two new 18 ps1 radiator caps-good
50/50 green mixture antifreeze-good
traced the wires down to make sure there's no break in wires-good
pulled the fuse panel from under hood to make sure everything was connected-good

ohm checked the sensors that plug into in fans with the AC on- reads 0.00, checked twice with two diffrent grounds-Bad

car over heats while warming up in driveways and while sitting at stop stop lights. I cant get the fans on,

possible suggestions would be appreciated. maby its a bad ground, or maby one of the relays itself is bad. im going to check in a min by switching the ac relay with one of the fans relays.

check your ac pressure switch. its on the ac line right before the accumulator. Mine is bad and the guy at autozone said thats another reason my fans wont kick on when i turn on my ac.

Does "fuses - good" include the fusible link?

There is a wire section (fusible link) that is designed to burn "open" with excessive current. It's in the red line from the battery terminal box to the 12V load supply terminal on the fan relays.

fusable link is fine, i just jumped my fans and they come on, so fans are good and they work! i let the car warm up to operating fan tempeture and put a brand new ac delco relay fuse in all three of the spots and still no fans! so theres two more options elimnated.

What temp are you letting the car reach? Are you verifying it with a scanner of just the temp gauge?

with the temp gauge on the car, im not capable of getting a scanner right now, but a guy i know is coming over to scan it later on in the week, i will let it get to about 230 degrees and i will shut er down, fans should come on between 210-230 just depends.

226* for low speed. Let her get up there, and a little past, before you know for sure that its too hot and shut it down.

That normally happens only in two situations: You go over like 300*, or you have a bad radiator cap. Hitting ~240* to see if your fans ingage shouldn't be bad.
