Re: fastest gm847 cars
The biggest Obstacle my car has is that my present motor only has about 9.8:1 compression. I know Jeff has closer to 12:1 and his car is lightened.
He also didnt mention that his 11:06 was on a HOT HOT day. In some cold air it would run well into the 10s.
My low compression car ran 11.50s cosistant on a 85 degree night with about 100% humidity (1200 foot ele). I would like to hit the track on a 50 degree night to see how it does, but I have a higher compression motor in the works that will be done by then. (moving up to 11:1)

Jeff I beleive has alot more done, but if I remember correctly he is still in the 3400 range with the driver.
Jeff would have to chime in on what he has done.
My car traps anywhere from 118 to 120 mph , depending , so its moking in the 400 rwhp range (probably on the low side, But it has tons of torque, especially from 2500 to 4000. If you start anywhere from in there the car has massive problems with traction.
