finally fixed my problem!! car runs perfect now! thanks everyone!!!
the problem has been located!!!
i replaced the Engine Coolant Temperature sensor!!!! (one by the crank) and now the car runs perfect!!!!!

Once the car was done warming up and got off the tables, the coolant temp would register like -40C and the car would go super rich and spit out some black smoke then die...
