Good call on the AC hardlines, these are a PITA to get on!!! Hitting my headers.
I'm going to have to massage things a little I think.
Thanks for the reminder...2 hours and polished AC lines later...here I am.

Just out of curiousity, why did you put the Delteq on the valve covers? Personally, I would put it down by the radiator. I just think that putting them on the valve covers just add more clutter to the engine bay, especially on top of the valve covers.

just take the butt end of the hammer and push down on the line to give ya about 3/4-1" clearance between the header pipe and the a/c pipe. what is your procedure on polishing the lines? whatever it is it worked really good. do you have a polishing wheel or what?

I used some of Turtle Wax's Polishing Compound on a rag (green container) then followed up with some "Blue Magic".
Now I gotta do the other line.
Yah I had to unbolt the AC compressor, slide it forward, hook up the lines, then slide it back, and bend the lines slightly forward still. Grrr.

Hey, I was wondering I am ordering these bushings and as far as the trans mount goes, I have a manual and I was wondering is it universal. Just making sure it will fit on my 6speed for a 94. Also, I am running the bmr k member and not too sure which motor mounts to get, not wanting to go to solid, but I assume I still use the factor mounts and insert poly?
thanks Mark.
thanks Mark.

It's not the LTCC, but Delteq. It still uses the Optispark, but only for reference of crank (cam? whatever) position for timing. That signal is sent to an ignition module that's sitting under the coil packs on the valve cover.
Thank you! What I did was glass bead it first, then I hit it up with a wire brush on a drill, really brought out the shine!
I got the bushings from Thunder Racing, Prothane brand. See if this link works:
http://www.thunderracing.com/catalog...&vid=4&pcid=92
47-19-409 Prothane Polyurethane Front Swaybar Endlink Kit , 93-02 F-body $13.99
47-7-1136 Prothane Polyurethane Front SwayBar Bushings, 30mm, 93-02 F-body $12.99
47-7-1604 Prothane Polyurethane Transmission Mount, 67-02 F-body $22.99
47-7-1609 Prothane Polyurethane Torque Arm Bushing, 82-02 F-body $14.99
47-7-227 Prothane Polyurethane Front Control Arm Bushings, 93-02 F-body $29.99
I got the motor mount from Auto Zone, Energy Suspension I think it was, for around $25 if I remember right.
Thanks for the comments guys!

Hey Mark, correct (Even though I'm probably too late now). Your drivers side upper motor mount (clamshell) is rebuilt with poly inside and it comes with new bolts to bolt the thing back togother. The passenger side on the BMR already comes with a poly or rubber in it, and you bolt your passenger side solid upper to that. I wanted to go solid on the drivers side, but I couldn't find what I was looking for.
The tranny mount should be universal, but mine is a 6-spd as well so it should work just fine for yours.
I have so many damn pics, I really need to build a webpage for them all.
Here are some more recent pics with the new 5.1 Mpixel cam.

Yes, definitely need to clean up the accessories.
