first start up coming soon!
i did a 355 with a cc503 cam, and pp heads and intake. and i have a question about running it with open headers.
im not going to be running it full time on open headers cause ive heard its not good at all! but i dont have exhaust put on the car, so i have no way to drive it to the exhaust shop without running open headers for a little bit. the shop is prolly about 10 to 15 miles away, and i wondering if it will be okay to drive it that far with open headers. also is it okay to leave the car at idle to bleed the coolant with open headers?

Re: first start up coming soon!
The bulk of the air bleeding from the cooling system is done when you fill it up. Extended idling of a brand new engine is not real good for it, especially if it is being over-fueled.
