this is before the problems, but I think I got it figured out.. I will get my new lifters in a few days. along with a new oil pump drive (leaking pressure for the lifter gally out the mount for it).. few days and i should be back running..

I just got around to making the slideshow.. but I do need ot change to music..

since thats a 383, what pistons are you running in it, i noticed that were slightly dished.

I think he went with speed pro hyper -5cc pistons...

Those are speed pro -12CC dish forged slugs. I had the block decked to put the pistons .010" in the hole and I am using a .026" gasket - with the LE2 heads combustion chamber being 53CC ish gives me about 11.8 SCR, the LE2 cam with this setup leaves me at about 9.1 DCR.

sounds pretty good.

Thought you used hyper pistons..... Your build was identical to my last build.

I dont know how I feel about the music in the video.. its ok, but its gets very repetative and long.. any other recomendation on the audio?
Very nice slide show! How about some Soundgarden or Audioslave for the audio?

damn man that is a nice build but before you post any more pics you need to break them tools in, all them damn tools look brand new. how does she run. that le2 cam almost sounds as good as my le4 cam
