OK, the track in Hawaii is terrible. UNfortunately it is all you have. I just moved 2 weeks ago from Hawaii to Seattle. I know a lot of people are not gonna think the track is that bad. But it is. The track is at sea level and almost always has strong head winds(trades) going directly down the track. The only success I have had at HRP is with ET streets. I ran NItto drag radials out there and could only cut a 2.1 60' time. Granted I have a 6 speed. I was averaging 13.9-13.4's at 107-108 mhp. Last friday night 9-26-03, I went to MIssion Raceway in MIssion Canada. This track is awesome. The only comparison between Hawaii and this track, is between a gravel road and cement roadway. I only made 2 passes, and was used to driving in Hawaii, so I bogged it out of the hole. But it did go 13.08 at 109 mhp on the motor(2.0 60'). My second and final pass was on the nitrous, and went 12.04 at 121.7 mph(new best mph) on a 125 shot(1.95 60'). So that is my track synopsis.

As far as mods. I would recommend getting a cat back exhaust. Not the electric cutout. Put a shift kit in your tranny. Get some headers. LT or ST, prob shorties due to you mods right now. I still run my Mac headers, and will argue about the LT debate untill you stroke your engine.. Get your computer reprogrammed. Just do a basic tune up. After that, go with some 1.6 roller rocker arms. Do not port your MAf unless your computer is calibrated for it. Don't waste your $$$ on a adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Maybee a ported throttle body. You probably won't gain from it, but prob wont hurt either. LCA brackets, lower control arms and subframes are also a great bet. I do have a friend in Hawaii that does fabrication and can install anything for you, and can also tune your computer. Send me a private message or email me at my hotmail account with my name being zmanz28, and I will get you in touch.

Good luck to you, but that track is a major disadvantage to your ET's.
