make sure you hooked up the vac. hose to the fuel regulator. thats the same think that happened to me.

all vacumes hooked up. all sensors hooked up. as far as throwing codes i dont have the diagnostic equipment and all that advances and auto zones around here stop caryin the adaptor for the 95 lt1s since they have the obd1 inlets but the obd2 computers

Sounds like a timing issue to me. I would look at timing chain and opti to make sure they are installed correctly. You seem to know how to adjust valves and have done it a couple times with no change so I would say your valves are fine. How did you install the timing chain? Rotate the motor over until #1 and #6 were at TDC and then go dot to dot?

Actually its the other way around..... your 95 has an OBD-I PCM, with a 16-pin OBD-II style ALDL connector.
