From what i have learned online here..............flowmaster sounds good but it doesnt flow much cfm..............i think a cutout(obviously) or SLP two on the left flow the best...........but do what you want....its your car

well my white camaro had stock exhaust with , all those other mods i had except the gears, tranny had 2800 stall with a shift kit in it and a trnny cooler!! so after i put all this stiff in my car!! im hoping to be in the low 13's!!
i think my next thing is headers!! or should i get another exhaust right now or get a cutout?

you said it's 3 inch cat back right?
With a good set of headers, y-pipe and cut out(depending on how strict emissions is) you should be fine with the flowmaster.
I run the flowmaster right now - I am about to get headers and all that good stuff but point is I am going to keep the flowmaster.

What are you running through what is essentially an open exhaust?
Don't bash a product just because of your poor driving abilities, or other problems in the car.

I have used Flowmasters on a couple of vehicles, and I love the sound. To me the sound is important, but it is a matter of personal taste. Flowmasters are very affordable compared to many of the other systems out there. While I have never seen any one actually post dyno comparisons between different systems, most say the Flowmaster doesnt flow as well as some. If you like the sound of the Flowmaster than just put a cut out on it for flow at the track.

Maybe flowmaster is loud at WOT.. but besides that it's certainly a shy catback compaired to my 2OTL.... I once had a friends 2000 Trans Am WS6 in my driveway.. and when he fired it up I didn't hear a sound.. all I saw was the tailpipes shake. Whenever I start my 2OTL up... you feel it.

I really like like the deep sound of the Flowmaster(as well as the 2OTL), but Flowmaster idles a LOT louder than the 2OTL or most other systems I've heard on the LT1...
As always(although most people never seem to understand this), what exhaust somebody likes all comes down to personal preference. What somebody might love, somebody else may royally hate.
Just go with what YOU like...

Anyway, I love my flowmaster, souns way better than my frinds who spent hundreds more and I can keep right up (and usually beat) them with no problem.
To my knowledge, no one has EVER showed a before and after dyno chart showing the flowmaster losses horsepower. Besides, if you're worried about horsepower losses, just get a cutout.

As far as a catback the Flowmaster sounds the best next to the GMMG setup and your spending half the money. Everybody wants to rant and rave about hp numbers and what flows better etc. etc. Who gives a sh*t about flow and numbers. The sound is what counts. That's probably the main reason we all get rid of the stock setup because it's not loud enough. I've been told countless times my car sounds better than others w/ the Loudmouth, Borla, etc. I know this not a fact and a matter of opinion but for those members on this board who are pushing 30 yrs old or more know what I'm talking about. 10 to 15 years ago nobody really knew who SLP was including Borla and a few others. Now a lot of people want to jump on the bandwagon because they see a new name and face. Lets not forget about Flowmaster and Hooker. Without these pioneer companies there wouldn't be an SLP, Borla, Corsa, B&B and so forth and so on.
