Fog Lights

My driver side fog light is broken. I think the bulb is dead, but I am not sure, since I can't find out how to take the stupid thing off!

How do I take the cover off and how/where should I check to see if it is electrical of just the bulb.

Thanks

Unscrew the adjustment screw and pop the 2 side rivets out......pull the unit out then twist and remove the bulb and replace it.
