Take the vacuum line off the FPR and your FP should stay constant even when you hit the gas. Leave the vacuum line connected and your FP should rise when you hit the gas because it is taking vacuum away from the regulator.

Well it might not be as low as 35, its kind of hard to read the pressure guage so fast. It now kinda misses out and idles much higher when started almost as if its got a vacuum leak, so I pulled the rail again to make sure all injectors were seated in correctly. The passenger side ones are being a pain and the back pair seem to be the only ones that dont want to go back in very far, which happned to be the ones that were the biggest pain to get out. Too tired tonight, but will try to get the rail back in and get the guage back on it tomorrow. Any other ideas, don't want to pull the pump for the millionth time because I think that issue is now fix, very tired of that crap.

P.S. - Pulled all plugs and all look the same as when I took their platinum butts outta the box. Also checked the wires, none are burnt or damaged in any visible way.

When you pull the rail, check to make sure all the O rings are still on all the injectors. It's very common for them to stick in the manifold when the rail is pulled out. If you don't pop them out of the manifold and reinstall them on the injectors before you put the rail back in, it will cause a vacuum leak.

Got the rail back in, o-rings lubed and correctly seated and the pressure guage hooked back up. When primed, it reads ~40 psi vac lin on, and about 47-48 vac line off. The slight miss seemed present for a handful of seconds and seemed to work itself out. Took her out for a spin, kept around 40psi, and when WOT, raised pressure to about 47-48 like its supposed to. Car seems to be running good, especially how hot and humid it is here. I have no idea as to what the problem was or as to why the symptoms seemed to change. Car must have had a demon inside and the constant threats of burning the lil b*tch or selling must have made it leave. Hopefully all is well but time will tell. I'll keep it posted. Thanks for the suggestions.
