fuel pump problem. got pic
my problem
WTF is that black line all the way to the left. i thought my fuel pump was leaking so i researched and cut a hole out and i kinda cut the top of that line. i wounder if thats where the fuel is comming out. HELP. all other lines are connected and i have no idea where it goes

the picture is too small but looks to be the vapor lines
