Funky noise from rear

When I am driving I can faintly hear a noise from the back of the car that sounds like something rubbing. It also does this if I am parked and I give it gas, eliminating the tires rubbing on something. Any clue what this might be?

Cool

Might spray some wd-40 on those things(cant' remember what they are called right now),that hold the muffler to the body. Those little hook things holding up the exhaust system on the left and right side.Hope this helps.
