From the way I see it, he didn't start the pissing match....he gave his opinion and was called an idiot for it.

Personally I'd take the advice of someone who's been through several mods including both of those cams in his years of modding his Camaro and is hitting low 10's now and should be in the 9's this year than someone who doesn't have anything of value to offer to this thread other than "you sir are an idiot".

This isn't the first time he's gotten out of hand... Just try to act a little mature, that's all I'm saying. Enough with the "".

Don't get all butt hurt cause you put a 306 in your car and it's slow... You being HIGH 12's and all BAHAHHAHAHAAHA Maybe next time you will get a better cam
Post your dyno numbers/track times to back up your claims. Thanks.

Also, how about some pics/specs/links to your 135mph car?

btw...those lift figures for the 306 are for 1.5 rockers.

WELL whoever thinks that comapring 847 to 306 is like comparing a CC306 to a HOTCAM is a damn idiot in my book.

If 847 is so much bigger and better, why arent people making any more power with it? Show me all the dynos for people making so much more power with it

There's one with 5 seconds of looking....and that's with 1.5's.....I'm sure you'll find a much higher proportion of dyno sheets of the 306 since that's been the nutriding cam for years as to the 847 which hasn't been heard of much until as of late.

You could be "an idiot in my book" purely for the fact you introduced nothing into this thread but a personal attack against someone expressing their opinion. Who cares if you agree with it or don't.....if you don't then post up information of your own as to why you don't agree with that opinion instead of reducing a thread with the potential for a good discussion into nothing but garbage.

I am pretty sure he is using 1.6 RRs, and thats the only person on the board that i know off that made over 400 with that cam.

Power peaked at 6400rpm. Nice torque curve huh?
So since you posted something that I have found to be incorrect in saying that he has 1.6's should I call you an idiot?

I really hope you're seeing my point here because I'm really beating the hell out of this horse.

No i am not seeing your point.....me being wrong about the size of his RRs has nothing to do with comparing a CC306 to a hotcam. I thought he was running 1.6s RRs because he said he only has .085 clearance with his milled heads and the 847.

So you found 1 person with a 847 that made 405 rwhp..where is the rest of them ?

Thanks for the personal attack. You're a real class act.

Great website. It is real?

Take care buddy,
Ryan

Edit...I do have many 14sec timeslips, but haven't made a website to showcase them all, yet.
